The Faculty of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry 2014 Bi-national Conference will be held from 8 – 11 October 2014 at the Outrigger Surfers, located in the stunning Surface Paradise, Gold Coast, world famous for its sun, surf and sand.

Attendees can expect an exciting and innovative scientific program. The conference theme ‘Genes and how to wear them’ reflects the growing field of epigenetics and recognition that the holistic bio-psycho-social approach to child and adolescent psychiatry, always important, is increasing in relevance.

International keynotes speakers have been confirmed including Professors Dame Sue Bailey, Michael Sawyer, Naomi Wray, and Associate Professor Richard Rose. In addition to our keynote speakers, the committee is honoured to have the opportunity to host the RANZCP Travelling Professor for 2014, Dr Josh Sparrow, who will be presenting on the Friday of the Conference.
